Security / Current scope
Security starts
with scope.
SeeTheWork documents the data, access, recording, and retention choices for a pilot before candidate work begins. This page describes the current public website and pilot approach without claiming certifications we do not hold.
This marketing website
The public site does not create visitor accounts or run behavioral analytics. Inquiry submissions are validated and stored in a server-side database. The form checks request origin, limits message size, and limits repeated submissions. Inquiry records are not exposed through a public read endpoint. Email remains an alternative contact method.
Before a pilot
We define the role, candidate data involved, who can review it, how long raw activity and artifacts are retained, and whether any optional recording is enabled. Those choices belong in the pilot scope—not in fine print after launch.
Access and review
Candidate invitations, reviewer access, evidence visibility, and follow-up responsibilities are scoped to the hiring program. Reviewers should receive the evidence needed for the decision, while access to raw session material remains limited to the agreed purpose.
